Who we are

Paintouts is operated by Today Smart Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy covers the Paintouts website and installed web app.

Information we handle

We store the contact details an organizer puts on a group member list, such as name, email, and phone number; account and role information for staff; event RSVPs and guest counts; online paper-waiver acknowledgments; attendance check-ins; and the venue, artist, and group content organizers provide. Personal invitation links identify a member and can reveal meeting details.

When you opt in to push notifications, we store a browser push subscription. We also handle email delivery and unsubscribe records, service logs, and error diagnostics. If configured, server errors are reported to Sentry. We do not request your device's location. Venue coordinates supplied by an organizer are not your device location.

Why we use it

We use this information to run group schedules, deliver invitation and change notices, record RSVPs and gate attendance, support organizers and members, protect accounts, and keep the service working. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who receives it

The relevant group organizer can see roster, RSVP, waiver acknowledgment, and gate information needed to run its outings. We use Supabase for authentication, data storage and database services; Vercel for hosting; Resend for email; and Sentry for server error diagnostics when enabled. Browser push providers process optional notifications. We may disclose information when required by law.

Public and private event details

For public groups, event schedules, venue names, scene photos, and public artist information may be visible to anyone. Meeting points, street addresses, directions, and gate instructions require a personal invitation link. Private group event pages and calendars require a valid group invitation. Anyone you share your link with may be able to see its details and respond as you.

Information saved on your device

If you choose to save an event for offline reading, its meeting details stay in this browser's local storage until you remove them or clear browser data. A host's attendee list and unsent check-ins are also stored on that device for offline use. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to read saved details. Clear browser data before sharing a device.

Your choices and retention

Use the unsubscribe link in group email to stop optional email, disable push in your browser, and remove saved event details from the event page. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. Staff can start an account deletion request from account settings. We keep records while needed for the group's operation, security, legal obligations, or to resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify them.

California privacy rights

California residents may ask to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and will not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may use an authorized agent; we will verify the request before acting.

Security, children, and changes

We use HTTPS in transit and limit access according to role. No security measure is perfect. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will revise the date above; material changes receive a more prominent notice.
