About the service

Paintouts is a web service operated by Today Smart Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company (“we”). It helps painting groups maintain venues, plan outings, invite members, collect RSVPs, and coordinate at the gate. By using Paintouts, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Each group organizer manages its own outings, invitations, venue access rules, and safety decisions. Paintouts provides the software; it does not operate the outings or guarantee access to a property.

Accounts and invitation links

Provide accurate information. Keep your account credentials and personal invitation links secure. A personal link can reveal meeting details and record your RSVP without an account. Contact the organizer if a link was shared accidentally or you need to change an RSVP after it closes.

Guests, capacity, and changes

An RSVP may be limited by available places or require approval for guests. A pending request does not reserve places. Organizers may move, postpone, or cancel an outing; check the latest event notice before traveling. Any fees charged by a group or property owner are set and collected outside Paintouts during this beta.

Paper waivers and outdoor safety

Some venues require a signed paper waiver from the landowner or organizer. The online acknowledgment records that you understand and intend to bring the required form; it does not sign or replace that form. Ask the organizer for the correct paper form and bring it to the gate. Outdoor conditions, access, and weather can change. Follow the organizer's and property owner's instructions.

Acceptable use and content

Do not use the service unlawfully, harass others, upload material you lack rights to share, or attempt unauthorized access. You retain rights to content you provide and give us permission to store and show it only as needed to operate the service for you and your group. You are responsible for what you submit.

Third-party services

The service uses providers including Supabase for authentication, database and storage; Vercel for hosting; and Resend for email. Optional push notifications use your browser's push service. Their terms may apply to your use of those services.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or the accuracy of organizer-supplied venue information. To the extent permitted by law, Today Smart Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims about the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where law forbids them.

Ending access and changes

You may stop using Paintouts and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect other users. We may update these terms; we will revise the date above and provide a more prominent notice for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 60 days to try to resolve it informally. If unresolved, claims may be brought in state or federal courts in California; either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.
